StackPicker is an independent comparison site dedicated to helping teams find the right project management tool. We are not owned by or affiliated with any PM tool vendor. Our mission is simple: provide clear, honest, and data-driven comparisons so you can make an informed decision without wading through marketing noise.

Every tool on StackPicker is evaluated through a rigorous, consistent process:

15 feature categories — from task management and Kanban boards to automation, API access, and sprint management.
Hands-on testing — we actually use each tool, not just read their feature pages.
Weekly data updates — pricing changes, new features, and rating adjustments are refreshed regularly.
Bilingual (EN + ES) — all content is available in English and Spanish to serve a wider audience.

Our Independence

We include tools on StackPicker based on their quality and relevance, not on whether they offer an affiliate program. For example, Linear — one of the highest-rated tools on our site — has no affiliate program. We feature it because it deserves to be there. Honest recommendations matter more than commissions, and we will never exclude or downrank a tool just because it does not pay us.
